does this stuff do what it claims? http://www.light-and-sound.co.uk/autism/thera.htm I've never heard of it before now. Anyone tried it?We use it and it seems to help. Lately I'm having a harder time giving it to him. I may try a different flavor - kirkmanlabs has sample sizes. He also takes zinc, DMG, calcium, B12 and folinic acid.
It made my son very irritable I tried anywhere from 1/4 to1tsp at different times over a year and everytime he would get irritable.
My daughter has used this and we have not had any problems with it. It helped her eye contact...we use it as her multivitamin.

We used this for Sarah 3 years ago..the biggest problem was getting her to take it. She literally spit it out.. I am a nurse and knew a few tricks and still she could taste it in whatever I put it in. It came to me holding her like a baby and using the syringe plunger to get it in her...it was awful. The best thing I could mix it with was syrup. We did the GFCF diet along with this and omega fish oil, enzymes and had great success with her paying more attention to us and more alert to her surrounding..we were also doing 30 hours of ABA & speech 2 hours at the same time so she had amazing progress the first year and slow and steady every since:)

My son won't take it no matter how I try to hide it so I give him the B-vitamins transdermally that is prepared by a compunding pharmacy. He has done well on it. My daughter takes the SNT and has done well too.We used it for several years when John was a very picky eater. We never saw anything significant with it. And it interfers with typical medications as well....didn't know that until after the fact though.
